February 2018 Group Exercise Schedule Changes

Please note that the following classes have changed their start and end times slightly to allow for easier transitions between classes:
  • 9:30 a.m. Monday Flow Yoga with Heather will start at 9:35 a.m. and end at 10:35 a.m. effective February 5th.
  • 5:30 p.m. Tuesday Restorative Pilates with Emily will continue to start at 5:30 p.m. and end at 6:25 p.m. effective February 6th.
  • 6:30 p.m. Thursday Vinyasa Flow with Erin/Ellen will start at 6:35 p.m. and end at 7:35 p.m. effective February 1st.
  • 6:15 p.m. Friday Yoga Express with Allie will start at 6:20 p.m. and end at 7:05 p.m. effective February 2nd.
  • 12:45 p.m. Saturday Yin Yoga with Jo/Emma will start at 12:30 p.m. and end at 1:30 p.m. effective February 3rd.
