Complimentary Fitness Assessment and Consultation
We strongly encourage everyone to take advantage of the complimentary consultation with our Training team that is offered to all new members. This hour-long consultation will help you determine your current level of fitness to better measure your progress moving forward, establish your short or long-term fitness goals, and learn how to use the equipment on the fitness. Even if Personal Training is not something that fits into your schedule or budget, our team can help develop an effective program personalized to your needs or suggest Group Exercise classes that may benefit you.

We offer classes that start as early as 6 a.m. and run throughout the day as late as 7:30 p.m. catering to beginners, fitness veterans and everyone in between! With the wide variety of class formats ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Spin, BodyPump, HIIT, Tabata and more we should be able to find something that helps keep you motivated and accountable!
Classes are a great way to meet new people, make friends and catch the contagious Energy that will have you coming back for more! Studies show that having a regular workout partner makes it 3x more likely to maintain your fitness routine.

Do you enjoy listening to music or watching your favorite TV program while you exercise to pass the time? Most of our cardio stations have their own TVs with up to 36 channels and we have large screen TVs with closed caption throughout the fitness floor. We also offer free WiFi for internet and streaming services so don’t hesitate to bring your smartphone or tablet. If you forgot your headphones, you can ask for a loaner set at our Front Desk or purchase a set of earbuds for just $5.
